Help with nollie nerdflips

Can someone help me with nollie nerdflips?I dont understand how to get my foot under the board i do a perfect shuv but i cant get the flip.

hang your toes over the side of the board about right on the bolts of the board. pop and flick your toes up when they are under the board

i recommend u do them in switch on ur first couple of tries...=)

They are easiest in nollie so why would i do them in switch.

i learnt them in switch so i was kinda hoping my method would help in urs
